In 2014-2016, I worked for the Guatemalan NGO Asociación de Mujeres del Altiplano (AMA) on various projects as employee then volunteer. More work, including a book of Maya agricultural and food traditions, Planting a Path for the Water and the Wind, will be uploaded here when finalised. The project snapshot below relates to an ongoing sustainable agricultural education program, and is a taste of AMA’s and my work. The one below that relates to AMA’s improved stove project:
